Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped.
  • All cancellations will be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel your order, send us your reason for cancellation along with your order no. with your registered email id to For more enquiries call us at +919330821679.
  • After the order has been shipped, you won't be able to cancel the order. Only Return of your product will be available.
  • Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added in our blacklist.



  1. Can I cancel my order?
  • Yes, you can cancel the order you placed within 6 hours of placing the order. 
  1. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped to me?
  • No. Once your order is packed & shipped, cancellation cannot be done.



 Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorisation of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 7 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

Mode of Refund

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:

  1. Defective product received – Only product image required.
  2. Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.
  3. Wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.
  4. Unhappy with colour, i.e. Faded/Blurred - Only product image required.
  5. Product different from website/doesn’t look the same - Only product image required.
  6. Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.



For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded
