Return & Exchange Policy

At Vyaghri, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 Flat 40% Off on All Stock Policy:

1. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 40% OFF) or on PROMOTIONAL   
2. Order may be delayed due to Sale.

 We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

 If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please return the product from Return Product section of our website, stating the reason of return.

 There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.

 No Exchange or Return for Bottom Wear.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Vyaghri, there is no option for Exchange of Products. However, if you wish to do it, you can return the product from Return Product section of our website, stating the reason of return. After quality check from our team, you will receive a confirmation on your mail.

The Refund process usually takes 7 days.

For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be initiated via the same Payment Gateway. However, for Cash on Delivery Orders, the User has to mail us the account details of their bank. The refund will be initiated via NEFT.

 Return Policy:

At Vyaghri, we strive to make your shopping a memorable experience. We also want to make sure that you are happy to shop with us. However, there are times when you don't like the product and wish to return it. There might be cases when you want to exchange your product due to size, colour mismatch, and we are always ready to help you.

So, let's have a glance at the ways you can quickly get your returns from us:

1. You need to place your return request within 15 days from the product delivery date.
2. You can book your return by CLICKING HERE within 15 days from the date of delivery.
3. After receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation mail and demand for bank details.
4. We will arrange for courier facilities and pick up your product.
5. The product will go through quality testing and once approved we will send you a confirmation mail.
6. You will receive the refund amount by deducting the ‘to and fro’ shipping charges incurred within 7 days directly in your bank account.
7. For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be initiated via the same Payment Gateway. However, for Cash on Delivery Orders, the User has to mail us the account details of their bank. The refund will be initiated via NEFT.

Guidelines for a valid return:

• Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
• Tags should be retained and returned.
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 40% OFF) or on PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
• Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
• Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense.
• Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
• No return/exchange will be done for customised and stitched products.

Vyaghri reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not complied with.
