1. APPLY TEA TREE OIL
Tea tree oil is extracted from the leaves of the tree Melaleuca alternifolia, which is native to Australia. How to use:

2. APPLY ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils which have anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory properties helps to get rid of pimples quickly. Essential oils of jojoba, cinnamon, rose, lavender, and clove fight the acne-causing bacteria S. epidermidis and P. acnes. Especially clove oil & jojoba oil works wonders on acne.
How to use:
- Combine 10 drops of essential oil with 1 ounce (30 mL) of carrier oil.
- Dip a cotton swab into the mixture and apply it directly to pimples.
- Can also be mixed with creams & face pack.
- Repeat this process 1–2 times per day, as needed.
3. APPLE CIDER VINEAGER
Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple cider, or the unfiltered juice from pressed apples. It is known for its ability to fight many types of bacteria and viruses & it also contains several organic acids that have been shown to kill P. acnes.
How to use:
- Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water (use more water for sensitive skin).
- After cleansing, gently apply the mixture to the skin using a cotton ball.
- Let sit for 5–20 seconds, rinse with water and pat dry.
- Repeat this process 1–2 times per day, as needed.
4. ALEO VERA
Aloe vera has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, which means it helps to fight bacteria, reduce inflammation & skin irritation, prevent acne breakouts and promote acne scar & wound healing.
Aloe vera contains lots of water and is an excellent moisturizer, so it is especially suitable for people who get dry skin from other anti-acne products.
How to use:
- Apply packaged aloe vera gel or scrape the gel out of fresh aloe vera leaves with a spoon.
- Apply the gel to your skin when you apply other acne products.
- Try cleaning the acne sores and then applying a thin layer of cream or gel to moisturise with at least 10 percent aloe vera content.
- Repeat 1–2 times per day, or as desired.
5. APPLY HONEY MASK
Honey is excellent in treating skin problems including acne, for thousands of years. It contains many antioxidants that can help to clear waste and debris from clogged pores. Honey is used in wound dressings because of its antibacterial and wound-healing properties.
How to use:
- Using a clean finger or cotton pad, rub a little honey into pimples.
- Honey can also be added to face or body masks.
- Mix 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder together to form a paste. After cleansing, apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 10–15 minutes. Rinse the mask off completely and pat your face dry.
- Apply this 1-2 times a week.
6. EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN.
Exfoliation is the process of removing the top layer of dead skin cells. Exfoliation is believed to improve acne by removing the skin cells that clog up pores. There are a wide variety of exfoliation products available in stores and online, but it’s just as easy to make a scrub at home using sugar or salt.
How to use:
- Mix equal parts sugar (or salt) and coconut oil.
- Scrub skin with mixture and rinse well.
- Exfoliate as often as desired up to once daily.
