1. AISHA:
We all know Sonam Kapoor is a fashion diva & she brings out only the best of fashion & style. And throughout this movie, she did just that, looked fashion Goddess! This movie spots some of the most loved high-fashion branded dresses, Chanel, Christian Dior, Salvatore Ferragamo, Christian Lacroix, Diane Von Furstenberg with a serving of Rajesh Pratap Singh and Anamika Khanna to name a few. From flattering silhouettes, tiered dresses, mesmerising lehengas, classic English head pieces, the chic make-up & hair do’s, this movie has it all. Moreover, 60 Dior dresses and accessories were spotted on Sonam Kapoor and the cast throughout the film. And not to forget, the ‘gal mitthi mitthi bol’ sarees which gave us bride’s maids goals. It’s a treat for all fashion lovers.
2. KABHI KHUSI KABHI GHAM:
There’s a reason this movie is in the second position & the reason is none other than the styling & fashion. So damn ahead of its time, full of delicious out fits from Kreena to Hrittik, everyone looked dashing. We just can’t get over the Poo’s micro bustiers, fluorescent sunglasses and flamboyant boot cuts to Hrithik Roshan’s asymmetrical sweatshirts, cross-body slings and spacey shades. Talking of Poo, oh, we can never get over her, can we? Everything she wore was fabulous, from the micro mini’s, to backless tops, floral chocker & two of her unforgettable looks that is Kareena Kapoor’s smokin’ red outfit in the song ‘You Are My Soniya’ that featured a sequined bralet and leather pants. The other one being everybody’s favourite, a top priority in everybody’s dream outfit: the pink assemetric blouse & sharara she wore in the song ‘Bole Chudiya’. Along with that, Hrittik has some of the best stylish looks in the movie, adding to his already existing awesomeness. This movie is a soul food along with being a series of eye candy’s.
3. FASHION:
Well, the name says it all. A movie named fashion, starring Priyanka Chopra & Kangana Ranaut, you know exactly expect & the movie is exactly that. This movie is filled with designer outfits, style glamazons, off-duty model style and showstopper gowns & off course the flattering attitude of the two leading ladies who are known for their style. The styling of the leading characters were done by Neeta Lulla, hence no doubt they were filled with such awesomeness. This movie gives a brief sneak peak into the bright as well as dark side of the fashion Industry. The fashion industry isn’t always as glamorous & shinning as the outfits are! This movie is an eye opener & takes us through a journey in fashion from downs up to downs up. If you’re a fashion lover you must have already seen this movie & if you haven’t, watch it now. There’s so much to be inspired by.
4. DHOOM 2:

Dhoom 2 was a fashion breakthrough, with all the characters looking like never seen before in Bollywood. The exceptionally stylish looks of our favourite Greek-God Hrittik Roshan, the most beautiful Aiswaria Rai Bacchhan & other leading characters made us all awe-struck! Haven’t they? The tanned bodies, free flowing hair, ripped jeans, acid-washed t-shirts, micro skirts, waist cut-outs, lady-mafia outfits, bikini tops & all that attitude. No doubt this movie is one of the most stylish movies of Bollywood & we all love it even today. Despite being the negative character, we can’t help but crush over & over again the mysterious crime master ‘A’ & competing with equal charm & appeal was his female counterpart. The leading characters were styled by Anaita Shroff Adjania’s (Vogue’s Fashion Director), this was her first bollywood movie as a hardcore costume designer. Before styling the actors, she demanded they all lose weight since the movie focused on fashionable, good-looking people and all their hard work really paid off great!
5. RAM-LEELA:

We can’t deny this movie has some of the best fashionable looks ever seen in Bollywood. The modern-day Rajputana looks, heavily layered Rajasthani ghagras to simplified & more contemporary ethnic wears, contemporary cholis, traditional bandhani & mirror work embroidery, this movie surely blows our mind. & on top of it all, the charm & elegance of everyone’s favourite Deepika Padukone & traditional styling take of flamboyant Ranveer Singh. The heavily embellished lehenga choli worn by Deepika in all the songs were exceptionally beautiful & gave us ethnic wear styling goals, we also loved the Deepika Padukone’s all-white ghagra-choli in the seductive song Ang laga De, which was quite the contrary from rest of her outfits throughout the movie. Along with the awesome outfits, the makeup & hairdo’s from free flowing to messy high buns, we loved it all, haven’t we?
6. KHOOBSURAT:

Khoobsurat is without a doubt brings some of the best contemporary fashion looks. With the bright & bold prints, deconstructed Indian wear, uncanny pairing, contemporary dhotis and blindingly bright colors, Sonam again gives us serious style inspiration & we can’t quite get over the fun outfits she has worn in the movie from the quirky colors to the fun pairing, the free flowing long hairdo, the eye wears, the tops, the bottom wears, the scarfs, everything. We loved everything Sonam wore throughout the movie. Complementing her nerd chic avatar, Fawad Khan looked absolutely an stylish prince giving serious mens styling goals. His elegance & charm made him look a true royalty in everything he wore. This is light hearted movie with lots of fashion & fun & we absolutely love it.
7. DOSTANA:

This movie was indeed fresh & fun, from the styling, the location, the story & how perfectly each actor played their part. Priyanka Chopra as well as the dashing male actors looks absolutely smashing hot with city surf style floral shirts, pastel for men, sequinned bikinis and micro-length dresses giving the perfect Miami vibe. We loved the casual out fits as much as we loved the ethnic ones, thegreen & maroon ensombles seen on the leading cast at the end of the movie in the video song of ‘Maa Da Laandla Bigaad Gaya’ along with the most talked about outfit of that year, Priyanka Chopra’s nude sari in the song, ‘Desi Girl’ worn with a bralet-blouse and draped cleverly to flaunt her perfect body & not to forget the one piece golden bikini she wears. The movie is hilarious, fun & refreshing to watch & is among one of the first Bollywood movies that reflects on homosexuality. With the ever interesting topic of love triangle, the charm of Priyanka, John & Abhishek one is sure to have a lot of fun. Plus, Priyanka’s character works in a fashion magazine hence you get a bit of exposure to insider fashion. Btw, the outfits of the leading characters were designed & styled by two of the leading designers of Bollywood, Manish Malhotra & Aki Narula, so now you know what to expect, right?
8. BAJIRAO MASTANI:

One of biggest periodical film of Bollywood having the Bhanshani enchantment, no doubt this movie is filled with grandeur. Bhansali films are known for best their periodical presentation, may that be the sets, the costumes, the makeup & hairdo. So yeah you know what to expect when it comes to a Bhansali film, & with Deepika & Ranveer starring, yet again after Ram-Leela, it had to be epic. With the Hyderabadi Nizam-inpsired anarkalis, heavy angrakhas, embroidered shararas, the traditional 11 meters Peshwin style Marathi sari and the signature nathni seen on both Deepika & Priyanka, this movie was filled with rustic style. Even Ranveer’s costume was well constructed according to the era. Every look of the cast was mesmerising & we admired them throughout the movie. The grace with which the leading characters carried the periodical costumes really made us fall foe Indian ethnic wear. But we all know one look & one look alone became an emblame for this movie & whenever we talk of the film we remember it. & that gorgeous, bewitching look is none other than Deepika Padukone a.k.a Mastani’s dewy face, as she twirled in a soft-green dhani and a Muslim izhaar pyjama seen in the song ‘Deewani Mastani’.
9. DEVDAS:

Another grand & enchanting movie by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is Devdas. This movie is without a doubt cult-classic. Everyone knows Devdas, even if they haven’t seen the movie. You see someone drunk, crying over lost love, you instant call them Devdas, we know we all do. Or at least did once in our life. You got the idea. This is another movie that brings out the best of periodical fashion. Based in Bengali, with the most amazing cast starring SRK, Aishwaria & Madhuri, they were ought to magnify the beauty of everything they wear. Throughout the movies we see a lot of mesmerising outfits from Bengali saris, mirror-work lehengas, bright hues and voluminous anarkalis reflecting the Bengali royal fashion of that period. The outfits that stood out the most was the Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit twinning in white and red Bengali saris, matching everything from their decadent jewellery to celebratory dancing. And the green ghaghra-choli wore by Madhuri Dixit in the song ‘Maardaala’ designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla for Madhuri Dixit weighed an unbelievable 30 kilos which was later replaced by a lighter outfit weighting 16 kilos, so that the actress could perform her dance sequence in it. This movie is sure to felt down your heart along with satisfying your fashion craving eyes.
10. BUNTY AUR BABLI:
This was a hilarious fun filled film, back to when Rani Mukherjee was a fashion Diva. This movie has some of the best outfits & contemporary take on Indian ethnic wear. From the quirky street styles, collared short shirts teamed with patialas, fitted trousers, eccentric jackets and all things colourful & fun, Rani & Abhishek fills them up with their charm. The story is engaging & fun to watch, with some of bollywoods best songs of tht time, this movie has without a doubt some of bollywoodsbest styles. The duo, Bunty and Babli wore close to 100 outfits which were all designed & styled by Aki Narula. Among all the mesmerising looks, two of our most favourites are The mustard and pink outfit worn by Rani Mukherjee paired with an embroidered jhola & also the light blue mirror work lehenga choli both in the ‘hadak Dhadak’ song.
